Product vision & strategy
If I had to choose 1 strength, it would be in combining data and customer insights to form viable and innovative solutions that address customer needs. I facilitate an culture of learning and collaboration to ensure teams focus on the right problems to solve, and solve it right. Through the product vision, strategies, roadmap, design principles and team values, I put the organisations vision into practice.
Leadership
I built and develop small-medium sized teams through coaching, mentoring and performance planning and “skills mapping” to inspire growth and manage conflict. As a leader I must be the embodiment of the organisation’s culture and live it’s values, setting an example for my team. I champion customer interests and use data and insights to influence stakeholders at all levels of the business.
Research and data
Customer research is an art and an adventure. I am a pro at the execution and strategy behind research – interviews, workshops, surveys, concierge studies – but overlay data to reveal what customers really need and want, beyond what they can articulate. I coach teams to interpret and action the insights for immediate and long time value; infographics, personas, customer journey maps, service blueprints and conceptual models.
User experience design
From sketching to Sketch (or Axure, Figma, Invision, HTML), I apply a Design Thinking approach with best-practices to turn ideas into prototypes. Creating IA, content strategy, design specifications and requirements to communicate solutions and ensure engineering teams has the information and context to execute brilliantly.
